What methods of payment does INGLOT accept?

How much is shipping?
• Standard shipping is $7.00 for orders $0-$25.00. For orders $25.00-$50.00 (excluding taxes and shipping costs), shipping is $8.00.
Can I track my order once it ships?
• Yes. You will receive an email when your order ships, and be able to track your parcel via UPS. Please ensure that the correct email is attached to your order so you will receive up to date changes regarding shipment. What is your return policy? • You may return items up to 30 days after the purchase date. Only full, unused, unopened containers in its original packaging will/can be accepted for refund. Only items purchased on www.inglotusa.com can be accepted for a refund. Products received from / ordered on the Online Store won’t be accepted for return at Any INGLOT Retail Stores. All goods will be inspected on return. Anything in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. You will be charged shipping fee for any returns unless they are due to Inglot Cosmetics mistake. We’ll send you an email as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated to your INGLOTUSA.com account. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This can take 5–10 business days to show on your bank/credit card account, dependent on your bank/card issuer.
Can I opt out of the signature requirement?
• You may opt out of the signature requirement; however this option is at your own risk. INGLOT will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Can I cancel or adjust my order? • If you wish to cancel or adjust your order, please contact us immediately. All orders may be canceled prior to shipment. However, once an order is shipped we cannot cancel it. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact customer service immediately. Once an order has shipped we cannot be responsible for errors in shipping address.
What if I am missing a product from my order or I received an item that was damaged?
• After receiving the package inspect it for any missing items or damages that may have occurred during shipment. If you notice that an item is missing, or have been damaged, please contact us immediately by phone at 855-224-1922 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org . For fastest service please provide us with your email address, phone number and the order number. What if I entered an incorrect shipping address? • Please contact our customer service department immediately at email@example.com. Please be sure to give us the corrected address. If your order has not shipped yet, we will gladly change it for you. We apologize, but we may not be responsible if you have entered an incorrect address and your order has already been shipped.
Where do you ship?
• We currently ship within the US, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. Shipping is not available to Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Marina Islands, and Palau. What if I received an “Invalid address” error message?
• If you receive an error message on the Shipping Address page, please check the address that you entered for typos, misspellings, or abbreviations. Also check for unnecessary spaces in the address fields. If you are still having trouble placing your order, please contact us. What if I am having trouble with my credit card? • If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid. Where is the procedure to make a return/exchange?
• If you want/ wish/ decide/ need to return a product(s) received from our Online Store, please thoroughly fill out the Return form located here: ___________. Place the invoice inside the package with the items you wish to return, retaining a copy of it. To prevent package loss and to ensure the prompt delivery, please keep all shipping receipts for tracking information. Insured Parcel Post is recommended for shipping the return package.
